How to transfer a device

Device needs to be under vehicles with name, car information to be transferred.

Here’s a quick summary of the process for transferring devices to lending companies:

1. Get the transfer code from the lender.
   1. Transfer code can be found under organization.
2. Navigate to Transfers:
   • Click Menu → Transfers.
3. Start a new transfer:
   • Click the blue + New button on the right.
4. Enter Organization Code and validate the lender.
5. Select device(s):
   • Check the boxes for the devices you want to transfer.
6. Enter lender’s email address.
7. Send request:
   • Click Next to send an email to the lender for acceptance.

Once the lender accepts these devices will be transferred into their account, and they can fund the deal.
