Subscription Questions

General questions regarding the subscription plan

Upgrading Subscription Plan:

To update your subscription plan you will go to "Menu > Manage subscription".

Upgrades: You will pay the difference in cost to move the plan up a tier, with the upgraded number of devices added into your account.

Downgrade: Your next bill cycle the plan will be downgraded and the correct number of devices allocated into your account.

Please note: With an upgrade your account will still be billed on the normal billing date.

 

Cancel Subscription:

Your subscription is signed for a 1-yearear term. You will need to continue making payments during this time to avoid losing access to the account. If you would like to cancel when the 1 year is completed, you would not renew the subscription and all renewal fee's will be adjusted to $19.95.

 

Renew Subscription:

When your 1 year is completed, you can contact us or go to "Menu > Manage subscription" to re-subscribe for the subscription tier needed.

 

Declined Payments:

My payment Declined:

If your payment declined, and you are still able to login you can update your payment on file under "Menu > Organization > Credit Cards"

I can't login:

If you are unable to login, and you have attempted a forgotten password please contact customer support or your sales representee to update the card on file to process the late payment.

My devices are inactive:

Please confirm your payment is not in a declined status. If it is please contact us to process the payment again.
